GCI delivers reconditioned SCR House

GCI announces that it has delivered a 5 X 5 reconditioned SCR and Generator Control Power House (SCR House) to Nabors Drilling.  The unit was completely reconditioned and functionally tested prior to delivery.  Actions taken to return the unit to operation included:

-       Complete retrofit of all SCR Bay electronic components

-       Complete retrofit of all Generator Bay electronic components

-       Addition of one Generator Bay

-       Addition of a central control cubicle (PLC Cubicle)

-       Fabrication of new digital Driller’s Control Console

The unit was delivered to Nabors Drilling in El Paso, TX.
